Deposit
All reservations require payment of the first two (2)
nights stay as a deposit and your account will be charged
the same day that you book your reservation.
Cancellations and Changes
Requests for cancellation or changes may be made by
calling our Reservations Toll Free Number: (866) 522-6966.
For a full refund of your deposit, we must receive requests for
cancellations, or changes to your reservations at least
forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your
reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any
refund or credit. Our cancellation policy is strictly
enforced and does not allow for any exceptions.
Holiday and Group Reservations
Full payment
and/or balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No
refunds at any time. Our cancellation policy is
strictly enforced and does not allow for any exceptions.
Pets
Pets are not
allowed in any of the lodging facilities.
Cooking
Cooking is
not allowed in any of the lodging facilities. During good
weather (summer months) outdoor wood burning stoves are
available at the
Camp Cabins, Oversized Cabins, and Rustic Cabin. The National Park
Service Visitors Center provides information on designated
day-use picnic areas.
The Registration Desk
for all of the Grant Grove Village accommodations, which includes the
John Muir Lodge & all Cabins, is located in the same building as the
Gift Shop and the Restaurant, across the street from the Grant Grove
Visitors Center.
